By using Otis, submitting information, downloading resources, joining our mailing list, or purchasing a paid action plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
About Otis
Otis is a brand analysis and action planning tool designed for studios in interior design, architecture, landscape, construction, and the wider built environment.
Otis may provide:
• Brand scorecards
• Brand positioning analysis
• Visual identity direction
• Tone of voice recommendations
• Social media and content recommendations
• 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day action plans
• Workbooks, templates, and other studio resources
Otis is built using Lovable, a third-party website and application development platform. We may also use other third-party tools to help operate the website, process payments, send emails, manage form submissions, store data, and analyse site performance.
Use of the Website and Services
You may use Otis for your own personal, professional, or internal studio purposes.
You agree not to use Otis in a way that:
• Is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or fraudulent
• Infringes the rights of another person or business
• Uploads or submits content you do not have permission to use
• Attempts to interfere with the security or functionality of the website
• Copies, resells, redistributes, or exploits Otis resources without permission
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or misuse the website, platform, or generated reports
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
Information You Submit
To generate analysis, recommendations, or action plans, Otis may ask you to submit information such as:
• Studio name
• Studio location
• Studio type
• Website URL
• Social media handles
• Project images
• Email address
• Brand, business, or content-related information
• Any other information submitted through forms on the website
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You should only upload or submit images, text, links, or content that you have the right to use and share.
Generated Recommendations
Otis generates recommendations based on the information provided and any available public-facing channels reviewed at the time of analysis.
While we aim to provide useful and relevant insights, Otis does not guarantee:

• Search ranking improvements
• Audience growth
• Client acquisition
• Complete accuracy of generated recommendations
Any decisions made based on Otis recommendations are your responsibility.
7-Day, 30-Day, and 90-Day Action Plans
Otis may offer different levels of action planning.
7-Day Action Plan
The 7-day action plan may be available as a downloadable or immediately accessible resource.
30-Day Action Plan
The 30-day action plan may include a preview on the website, with the full version sent by email after you submit your email address.
90-Day Bespoke Action Plan
The 90-day action plan is a paid, bespoke report. It may include a deeper review of your studio’s positioning, website, portfolio, social presence, content direction, enquiry flow, priorities, and recommended next steps.
Any stated delivery timeline, including a 48-hour delivery aim, is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise. If demand is high, or if further clarification is required, we may contact you with an updated expected delivery timeline.
Payments
Paid services, including the 90-Day Bespoke Action Plan, may require payment through a third-party payment provider.
By purchasing a paid service, you agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorise the payment provider to process your payment.
Otis does not store your full payment card details. Payment information is handled by the relevant third-party payment provider according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because bespoke reports involve customised review, analysis, and strategic work, purchases may be non-refundable once work has begun.
If you believe there has been an issue with your order, duplicate payment, or delivery, please contact us. Refunds, credits, or alternative resolutions may be offered at our discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Templates, Workbooks, and Resources
Otis may provide downloadable templates, workbooks, social media resources, and related materials.
Unless otherwise stated, these resources are provided for your own personal or internal studio use only. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, licence, or claim ownership of these materials without written permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Otis website, including text, branding, layouts, reports, templates, workbooks, graphics, downloadable resources, and other materials, is owned by Otis, Panel of (Tools), or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Otis materials without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the information, images, and content you submit. However, by submitting information to Otis, you grant us permission to use that information to provide the requested analysis, recommendations, reports, resources, and related services.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
Otis provides strategic recommendations and brand guidance. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, accounting, or professional business advice.
You should use your own judgement and consult relevant professionals where needed.
Availability and Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Otis at any time, including features, pricing, reports, templates, resources, or available services.
Because Otis is built on third-party infrastructure, including Lovable and other service providers, availability may also depend on those platforms.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Otis, Panel of (Tools), and their owners, operators, partners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, reports, recommendations, templates, or services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, business opportunities, reputation, data, profits, or expected results.
